Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a SINTONY account and use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You can form a binding contract with SINTONY;
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of Brazil or any other applicable jurisdiction;
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations;
• You have never been convicted of a felony or registrable offense (or crime of similar nature), or any crime involving violence, sexual abuse or exploitation, or human trafficking, or threatening or terrorizing another person.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create only one account (unless SINTONY expressly authorizes the creation of multiple accounts);
• Provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep your profile information updated;
• Not share your password with third parties or allow third parties to access your account;
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or security breach;
• Not create an account for another person or use another person's identity without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

3. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Post any content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
• Harass, "stalk", intimidate, assault, defame or harm another user;
• Post content that promotes racism, intolerance, hatred or physical harm against any group or individual;
• Request money from other users or defraud them;
• Post private information of another person without express permission;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Send spam, request money or defraud any user;
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited advertising;
• Use the Service to promote prostitution or escort services;
• Transmit viruses, worms, malware or any code of destructive nature;
• Use robots, spiders, crawlers or scraping tools to access the Service;
• Develop third-party applications that interact with the Service or user content/information without our prior written permission;
• Use the Service in any way that may interfere with, disrupt or negatively affect the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service;
• Circumvent our security measures or content filters.

Violations of this section may result in termination of your SINTONY account, at our sole discretion, and you may be ineligible for refunds for purchases made through the Service.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SINTONY and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other laws of Brazil and other countries.

Our logos and product and service names are trademarks of SINTONY. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

You retain any copyrights you already own in content you post to the Service. By posting content to or through the Service, you grant SINTONY a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free and perpetual license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, publicly display and perform such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or later developed, without additional compensation to you.

5. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and share your personal information. By using SINTONY, you accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases and Premium Services

SINTONY may offer products and services for purchase through the Service. If you choose to make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current payment information. All fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our discretion.

Premium subscriptions are automatically renewed until you cancel them. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but there will be no refunds for partially used periods.

We reserve the right to change our pricing offerings at any time, with prior notice when applicable.

7. Dating and Real-Life Interactions

SINTONY is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service. You agree to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate outside the Service or meet in person. Additionally, you agree to review our Safety Tips before meeting someone you met through our Service.

SINTONY DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR IDENTITY VERIFICATIONS OF ITS USERS. SINTONY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

SINTONY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

SINTONY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF ANY PROFILE, RELATIONSHIP OR DATE YOU MAY DEVELOP THROUGH USE OF THE SERVICE.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SINTONY, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

SINTONY'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal dispute arising from or related to your use of the Service or these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the municipality of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means, such as email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
